Saad Irfan                                                                Associate

Mr. Irfan is an Associate with Capitol Partners. His prior experience includes M&A, corporate finance, strategic advisory and operations management. Prior to Capitol Partners, Mr. Irfan was a Financial Analyst in Financial Planning and Analysis at Westcon Group, a global distributor of IT solutions and products. In that role, he managed a $250 million revolving credit line and performed analysis on $2 billion sales for the North American region. His analysis and research concerning vendor payments led to the recovery of losses of $17 million, a project on which he worked closely with the CFO. Previously, Mr. Irfan led several strategic initiatives in the Corporate Development department of Albatha Group, a large conglomerate in the United Arab Emirates. He conducted company due diligence, prepared financial models for valuation of an electronic brand, proposed turnaround strategy for a retail business, and executed the joint venture deal of BMW Financial Service-AGMC to successfully increase revenue by 30 percent. Mr. Irfan began his career in a healthcare IT startup, where he worked on projects to enhance revenue and reduce costs, and was promoted to Manager Special Projects to lead a $5 million acquisition and over a dozen team members. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). While completing his Master of Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Strategy at the Robert. H Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, Mr. Irfan conducted a consulting project to generate sustainable revenue for a local elementary school.
