Care Partners@Home, through various subsidiaries, had formed joint ventures with health care systems such as Baylor University Health System and purchased other homecare agencies such as NE Georgia Regional Health System.

After buying out its minority partner, CarePartners@Home has merged with CareSouth Health System.
