Care Partners@Home, through various subsidiaries, has formed joint ventures with Health Care Systems such as Baylor University Health System and purchased other homecare agencies such as NE Georgia Regional Health System.

CarePartners@Home contracts with CareSouth Home Health Services to provide clinical, financial and other administrative functions to these agencies. These ventures provide homecare and home infusion therapy service.
