Home health Company Relocates to Larger Offices

ARLINGTON, VA--Capitol Partners, one of the Mid-Atlantic region's premier private equity firms, has announced that its portfolio platform company CareSouth Health System, one of the country's top home health companies, has moved its corporate offices to a larger facility at 3626 Walton Way Extension to accommodate increased staff and the consolidation of offices.

The move gives the company over 28,000 square feet of space, an increase of 10,000 compared to the previous location at 2743 Perimeter Parkway, which was about a mile away.

"We are fortunate to be experiencing growth at CareSouth," CareSouth CEO Rick Griffin said. "The ongoing growth of our company, coupled with the recent consolidation of our Macon office with our office here in Augusta, left us out of room. The new office not only provides additional office space, but includes state of the art IT training facilities for larger groups."

CareSouth employs 160 people at its Augusta offices and an additional 600 at the home health agencies the company owns in Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, California, Tennessee, and Texas. In addition to operating seven agencies in five states, CareSouth's Business Services division provides centralized financial management for 90 homecare agency locations across the country with total revenues in excess of $200 million.
