ARLINGTON, VA--Capitol Partners, a middle market focused private equity firm, has announced the completion of a joint venture with Baylor Health Care System. Capitol Partners, through its recently launched CarePartners@Home, Inc. platform company has acquired a 90% interest in the joint venture, which encompasses all of the hospital system's homecare activities. According to T.J. Jubeir, managing partner of the private equity firm, "These assets will establish a solid foundation on which to build the premier homecare service company in the nation."

The private equity firm's ultimate objective for CarePartners@Home is to create the premier homecare company. By leveraging the cost-effectiveness and deep clinical consulting knowledge of member portfolio company CareSouth Health System, CarePartners@Home aims to emerge as not only the premier, regionally-focused clinical homecare company but additionally the low-cost service provider.
