CareSouth Agencies Named as Top Home Health Care Providers

WASHINGTON, DC--Capitol Partners, a middle market focused private equity firm, has announced that portfolio platform company CareSouth Health System has had many of its homecare agencies recognized as 2009 HomeCare Elite, a compilation of the top performing home health agencies in the United States. This annual review identifies the Top 25 percent of agencies and further highlights the top 100 and top 500 agencies overall. Winners are ranked by an analysis of performance measures in quality outcomes, quality improvement and financial performance.

CareSouth's Greensboro, North Carolina agency and CareSouth's managed client, St. Joseph's/Candler of Hinesville, Georgia were highlighted as top 100 agencies. Additionally, CareSouth's Lexington, North Carolina agency and CareSouth's managed client, St. Joseph's Candler of Savannah, Georgia, were highlighted as top 500 agencies. CareSouth agencies in Dothan, Alabama; Columbus and Elberton, Georgia; San Diego and Lancaster, California; CareSouth's agencies in Dallas and Waxahachie, Texas; and CareSouth managed client Lawrence Home Care of Westchester in Tuckahoe, New York were also named among the top home health care agencies in the United States.
